Subscription Shipping Terms:
Boxes begin to ship around the 1st of each month. Purchases on or after the 12th of the month will ship around the 1st of the next month. Purchases between the 1st and 11th of the month will ship when received.
Monthly purchases go through automatically each month on the same day of the month as the original purchase. If there are shipping delays, we may push your next purchase/charge date back... so you won't be charged for the next month before getting the current monthly box. You can also request to change the date or frequency of your subscription at any time.
If you order a monthly box along with other items in your cart, they will all ship together at the later date... unless the other items reach the shipping minimum on their own... then we will automatically ship the in-stock items first and then the monthly box later when they're ready.
