Returns and Refunds

Your experience is important to us. Due to the cost of return shipping, including the added carbon footprint, we don't accept return shipments. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase or received a damaged item, please notify us via email within 14 days of receiving your order along with any photos of the damaged product and we will do our best to remedy the issue. Once we’ve received your request, we'll let you know within 7 days of any remedy we can offer. We reserve the right to refuse any refund request if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the return policy is being abused.
