Each seasoning and suggested recipe makes 8 pints of hearty stew, chili, or curry. These aren't your standard soup recipes; they're high-protein and high-fiber meals. The seasonings stay fresh for over a year. The suggested recipes are on the boxes, which are listed below without the measurements. All the recipes are designed so you can use frozen veggies and canned items to reduce prep time... and reduce food waste.

Vegan and Gluten-Free Seasonings and Recipes... Recipes packed with protein, fiber, and micronutrients. Goes well with bread or rice on the side.

All are Reduced Sodium blends, ranging from 200-390 mg per serving.

All are allium-free. Which means no garlic or onion. We do this because we already suggest chopped onion and garlic in most of the recipes, so there's no point in adding them to the seasoning mixes. This is great news for people with allergies and Buddhists who avoid them.
