New Year's Black Eyed Peas
Here's a delicious Black-eyed Pea recipe for good luck in the new year. It's vegan and gluten-free, although it pairs well with a fresh loaf of bread for dipping.
- Black eyed peas (4 cans or 1 bag)
- Tomatoes (2 cans)
- Collard Greens (1 bag - 16 oz)
- Cauliflower (10 oz)
- Onion (10 oz)
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Garlic x1/4 cup
- 1 Broth Bomb (Gesundheit or Moon Bloom)
